How to use FTP via Windows Explorer : Microsoft has developed an easy way to connect and upload files to FTP. Notice: Internet Explorer once had a built in FTP client which a lot of people used. You can NOT access FTP through Internet Explorer anymore.

To quickly connect, go to your desktop and open My Computer. In the address bar, type the following:

ftp://user:pass@12.171.254.69

Alternate ways to connect : If you connect often to our FTP folders there are some free software programs that work well. Please note that we don’t offer support for these programs.
