Brian F Mooney AICP, Southern California Regional Director for AES/Mooney Planning will be speaking at the annual 11th New Partners for Smart Growth Conference in San Diego on February 2 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Brian will be part of a panel discussion on “Smart Growth Catalysts and the Battle for Planning in the San Diego Tijuana Region”. In the panel Brian will present his work with the Citizens for Coordinate Century 3 (C 3) to create a sustainable planning policy platform for the region titled “Sustainable Paradise”. The work focuses on creating a series of regional strategies and actions for key elements of the region. These include, The Environment, Communities, Economic Prosperity, The International Region, Sustainable Life Systems, and Sustainable Social Systems.
