Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (March 2007)

The Sleepy Hollow project is located on Lakeville Highway in Sonoma County, California.  The project includes the addition of 115 acres of vineyard to the existing 60-acre place of use authorized under an existing water right permit, and an extension of time to make full beneficial use of the water authorized under the permit. The State Water Resources Control Board is the CEQA Lead Agency for the project.
