» PHASE I AND II ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS :

Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) prepared by AES benefit from the in-house support of nearly 30 environmental professionals in a wide range of disciplines, including air quality, biology, toxicology, hydrology, geological resources, cultural resources, socioeconomics, and land use planning.  This depth of expertise ensures that all potential issues are identified and, if necessary, clients are presented with a full range of remediation options.  Issues addressed in previous ESAs have included:
